Eugene Davis

Chairman, T1 Power Holdings, LLC

Mr. Davis is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pirinate Consulting Group, LLC.  Mr. Davis also currently serves as Chairman of the Boars of Atlas Iron Limited and Verso Corporation, and as Director of Titan Energy, LLC, as well as certain other non-SEC reporting companies.  Previously, Mr. Davis has advised, managed, sold, liquidated and served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Restructuring Officer, Director, Committee Chairman or Chairman of a number of businesses operating in diverse sectors, including serving as President, Vice Chairmen, and Director of Emerson Radio Corporation and serving as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Sport Supply Group, Inc.  During the past five years, Mr. Davis has also been Director of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc., The Cash Store Financial Services, Inc., Dex One Corp., Global Power Equipment Group, Inc., Goodrich Petroleum Corp., Great Elm Capital Corporation, GSI Group, Inc., Hercules Offshore, Inc., HRG Group, Inc., Knology, Inc., SeraCare Life Sciences, Inc., Spansion, Inc., Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc., ALST Casino Holdco, LLC, Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc., US Concrete, Inc., and WMIH Corp.  Mr. Davis received a MIA in International Law and Organization from the School of International and Public Affairs of Columbia University and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.

Dan Hudson

Mr. Hudson is currently the President of Woodlands Energy Management, LLC.  Mr. Hudson has a decade of experience serving as a Director on the boards of energy companies, such as Longview Intermediate Holdings C, LLC, Alinta Energy and KGen Corporation.  Previously, Mr. Hudson was the founder and principal owner of Navasota Energy Services, LLC, where he established three natural gas peaking facilities from inception through capital formations, equity financing, construction, origination and asset management.  During that Tenure, Mr. Hudson has served as a Managing Director and Vice President to multiple Fortune 400 and Fortune 500 power companies such as Navigant Corporations, Duke Energy, NRG Energy, Inc., and Xcel Energy, Inc.  Mr. Hudson received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Michael Schuyler

Mr. Schuyler has served as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Entegra Power Group since 2008.  Prior to being named CEO, Mr. Schuyler served as Entegra Power Group’s President and Chief Operating Officer beginning with the company’s inception in 2005.  Mr. Schuyler has over 30 years of energy industry experience and has served in a variety of senior executive roles throughout his career.  These roles have included corporate responsibility for establishing and leading TECO Energy’s energy marketing and trading organization, leading the business development function for the independent power business at TECO Energy and serving on the boards of jointly owned energy companies.  Mr. Schuyler received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida.  Mr. Schuyler is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.

Brian O’Connor

Mr. O’Connor is a Managing Director in Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on power and energy direct lending.  Prior to joining Ares Capital Group in 2011, Mr. O’Connor was a Senior Vice President at TCW/EIG Global Energy Partners, where he focused on mezzanine and senior debt in the power generation sector.  Previously, Mr. O’Connor worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the electric utility sector.  Mr. O’Connor received a B.S. from Villanova in Accountancy and a M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Josiah Lindsay

Mr. Lindsay is a Managing Director in Fortress Investment Group LLC’s Credit Business, where he focuses on the asset management of power generation, midstream and upstream investments. Prior to joining Fortress in 2007, Mr. Lindsay was a Senior Vice President at GE Capital’s Energy Financial Services, where he focused on equity, mezzanine and senior debt in the power generation and midstream sectors. Mr. Lindsay received a B.S. from North Carolina A&T and M.S. from Georgia Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Mark Crawford

Partner, Kennedy Lewis Investment Management

Mark Crawford was formerly a Director with CarVal Investors, responsible for managing North American special situation and distressed investments, from 2008 to 2016. Before joining CarVal, he was a Senior Credit Analyst with GSC Group, focusing on liquid investment strategies within the firm’s distressed for control private equity unit, from 2006 to 2008. Prior to GSC Group, Mr. Crawford was a Research Analyst in the Carlyle Group’s High Yield Business, focusing on power, automotive and consumer product investments, from 2005 to 2006. Prior to Carlyle, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Credit Suisse First Boston, primarily working in the Distressed Finance and Global Energy groups, from 2003 to 2005. Prior to starting a career in finance, Mr. Crawford began as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, during which he deployed to the North Atlantic, Mediterranean, Middle East and Latin America, from 1993 to 1998. Mr. Crawford received a BS in Economics from the United States Naval Academy in 1993, a MS in Information and Telecommunications Systems from Johns Hopkins University in 2000, and a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2003. Mr. Crawford was formerly a member of the Board of Granite Ridge Holdings and Bosque Power Company.

Oliver Butt

Mr. Butt is a Managing Director at JPMorgan Asset Management, where he is Head of Global Research for the Lynstone Special Situations funds.  Before joining JPMorgan Asset Management in 2017, Mr. Butt was a senior analyst at Reef Road Capital where he focused on special situations investing.  Prior to joining Reef Road Capital in 2013, Mr. Butt was an Executive Director at JPMorgan, within the North American Credit Trading group.  Mr. Butt received a B.A. in Business Studies from Southampton Institute.

Chandler Morris

Mr. Morris is the Vice President of Energy Markets and responsible for the commercial oversight of trading and marketing activities and power origination. Morris has 20 years of experience in the energy industry with a focus on the wholesale power and natural gas markets. His experience includes the management of power trading and gas supply for 2,200 MWs of power assets, development of 3,100 MW of gas-fired generation and over $1 billion of transaction experience in power generation asset acquisition and divestitures. Previously, Morris worked at Navasota Energy where he oversaw trading, marketing and power generation development activities. Prior to Navasota, he brokered natural gas basis and NYMEX options for Choice Energy and managed asset acquisition and divestiture due diligence teams and was a project developer of natural gas combined cycle and simple cycle power plants at Duke Energy North America. Morris began his career with Sonat Marketing managing the gas supply for a retail gas marketing joint venture with ComEd in the Chicago market. Morris received a BS from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the University of Denver.

TJ Higgins

VP of Asset Management, Consolidated Asset Management Services, LLC

Mr. Higgins provides direct asset management to clients, serving as the project lead and coordinating all required CAMS services. In addition he is responsible for CAMS’ Energy Logistics and Optimization functions that bring additional commercial oversight and value creation to our managed projects.  Mr. Higgins has over twenty years’ experience in the energy industry and has direct knowledge and experience in all major US energy markets, including ERCOT.  Prior to joining CAMS, Mr. Higgins had commercial oversight for over 4,000 MW of competitive generation owned by Progress Energy Ventures and his group provided energy management, power and fuel optimization, contract negotiations and settlements. Mr. Higgins holds a B.S. in Accounting and M.B.A. in Finance from Wagner College.
